About This Role

We're looking for an experienced immigration attorney who's tired of the billable hour grind and wants to actually practice law (not just track time in six-minute increments).

You'll handle a diverse caseload: adjustment of status, H-1Bs, E-2 investor visas, nonimmigrant visas, and removal defense. You'll have real autonomy to run your cases, a skilled team of paralegals and support staff to back you up, and a managing attorney.

What You'll Do

Conduct client consultations to assess case viability and develop legal strategy
Manage a varied immigration caseload from intake through resolution
Appear in immigration court for removal defense matters
Prepare and file petitions, applications, and supporting documentation
Provide legal counsel to clients navigating complex immigration issues
Stay current on immigration law and policy changes
Lead and mentor paralegals and support staff on your cases

What We're Looking For

JD and license to practice in the U.S. (NJ Bar admission preferred)
3-5+ years of immigration law experience
Immigration court experience required
Proficiency with case management software and immigration e-filing systems
Growth mindset and leadership instincts

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary: $100,000 – $130,000 (commensurate with experience)
