Reilly Immigration Law, PLLC is seeking a full-time Immigration Paralegal to join our growing team. This hybrid position is based in Maplewood, New Jersey, with approximately 2-3 days per week in the office and the remainder remote, based on business needs.
We are looking for an experienced, organized, and proactive professional who can support the Principal Attorney, manage case workflows, and help deliver exceptional client service in a fast-paced immigration practice.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage a variety of immigration filings and supporting documentation.
- Draft USCIS forms, cover letters, affidavits, and filing packages.
- Coordinate case preparation and track deadlines to ensure timely filings.
- Communicate with clients regarding case status, document collection, and next steps.
- Maintain accurate case records and case management systems.
- Support the Principal Attorney with case management and workflow coordination.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 2 years of immigration law experience.
- Experience preparing and managing immigration filings.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
Preferred
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Experience with removal defense, family-based immigration, naturalization, consular processing, and humanitarian cases.
- Experience in a high-volume immigration law practice.
- Paralegal certificate or college degree.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary between $57,000-62,000 a year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
