About the Role
Our client is urgently seeking two Immigration Specialists to join their legal operations team. This is a high-volume, writing-intensive role focused primarily on O-1 and EB-1 visa preparation — but with a critical difference: you'll be working on a proprietary AI platform that compresses what used to take weeks into 2-3 cases per day. Think less 8am-to-1am burnout, more sustainable, mission-driven work with real impact.
If you've been heads-down in O-1/EB-1 prep and want to be part of building something genuinely new in immigration tech, this role is worth a serious look.
What You'll Do
- Prepare high-volume O-1 and EB-1 visa petitions using a proprietary AI platform
- Conduct thorough quality checks on all documents and evidence before attorney review
- Manage the full petition lifecycle - from client document intake through final 300-1,500 page submission assembly
- Serve as subject matter expert and copy editor, holding legal writing to the highest standard
- Partner cross-functionally with product and engineering to flag platform issues and propose workflow improvements
What We're Looking For
- 2-6 years of business immigration experience with a clear focus on O-1 and/or EB-1 visa preparation
- Strong legal writing and drafting skills - this is a writing-heavy role
- Startup or high-volume environment experience
- Experience at companies like Alma, Deal, or Legal Pad is a strong plus
- Meticulous attention to detail combined with the ability to move fast
- Solutions-oriented mindset - you don't just flag problems, you come with ideas

This role is not a fit for candidates whose background is primarily H-1B, form-filling, or family-based immigration.

- $100K - $125K base salary
