Immigration Desk is a highly regarded boutique immigration law practice focusing on work, investment and family- based petitions. For over 25 years, we have the reputation for being the "go to" for successfully handling challenging cases. We hire good people and train them to be the best at their jobs. Our team works remotely and is directly mentored and supervised by our senior attorney who has a 99% approval rate for over 25 years.

Job Description:

We are growing and currently seeking both part and full time attorneys. We require attorneys with a minimum of 1+ year of experience in employment based immigration. Preferred candidate will have knowledge of both immigration laws and procedures, and a commitment to increasing their knowledge.

Requirements:

Must be a member in good standing of a State Bar. Must be able to independently handle NIV and IV cases, including PERM. Ability to handle EB1A, O1s and NIWs is a bonus.
