ABOUT THE FIRM
Legalique PLLC is a boutique law firm in Las Vegas focused primarily on immigration law, with additional work in criminal, family, and personal injury matters. We serve a largely Spanish-speaking client base and pride ourselves on providing high-quality, detail-oriented legal work.
This is a small but growing practice led by a solo attorney. We are looking for a highly capable professional who can work closely with the attorney and help support both casework and the day-to-day functioning of the firm.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and capable of taking ownership of responsibilities in a small professional office.
THE ROLE
This is not a purely administrative position. The person in this role will assist with both legal work and operational tasks and will play an important role in helping the firm stay organized and efficient.
The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable working independently, communicating with clients, and managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced legal environment.
This role is intended for someone seeking a meaningful, long-term opportunity in a growing law firm and who is comfortable taking on substantial responsibility in a small office environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Legal Support
Prepare and organize filings for USCIS, EOIR, and state courts
Assist with drafting legal correspondence, declarations, and case summaries
Organize supporting evidence and documentation for filings
Maintain accurate case files and track deadlines
Translate documents and client statements between Spanish and English
Client Communication
Assist with client intake and information gathering
Communicate with Spanish-speaking clients regarding documents and case progress
Maintain professional and organized client files
Office Operations
Assist with scheduling, case tracking, and document organization
Maintain digital and physical filing systems
Support the attorney with administrative and operational tasks
Help ensure the office runs efficiently on a daily basis
QUALIFICATIONS
Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)
Strong writing and communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
Professional demeanor when interacting with clients
Comfortable working in a small office environment where flexibility and initiative are important
Prior legal experience is preferred but not strictly required if the candidate demonstrates strong organizational ability, writing skills, and professionalism.
