Immigration Paralegal – USCIS Focus

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal with a strong background in USCIS filings, including Adjustment of Status (AOS), I-130 family petitions, I-751 removal of conditions, and DS-260 immigrant visa applications. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a client-centered approach to handling cases. Fluency in Spanish is a must as most of our clients are Mexican nationals.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and file USCIS applications including I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131, I-864, and I-751
Prepare DS-260 immigrant visa applications and consular processing documents
Assist with document collection and client communication throughout the case process
Draft cover letters, client declarations, and other supporting materials
Track deadlines and maintain accurate case files in our case management system
Communicate with clients in a professional and empathetic manner

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience as an immigration paralegal, specifically with family-based petitions and USCIS filings
Familiarity with adjustment of status, consular processing, and removal of conditions
Strong writing and organizational skills
Proficiency with immigration case management software (e.g., Clio, LawLogix, or similar)
Fluent in Spanish
Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases at once
