Role Description
Salary Range $90,000-$115,000 depending on legal technical experience plus benefits including health, dental, vision and PTO. We are seeking a full-time Associate Immigration Attorney to join our team. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload and handling all aspects of immigration law, including client communication, case strategy, legal research, and drafting of petitions, motions, and briefs. This is an onsite role located in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area.
Qualifications
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in good standing with a State Bar Association
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in immigration law, including family-based visas, naturalization, citizenship, removal defense, and appeals
• Excellent legal writing and research skills, including experience drafting petitions, motions, and briefs
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Experience with case management software, preferably with CLIO and Docketwise
• Bilingual fluency, English and Spanish, required
