Our team has extensive experience handling EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, O-1, H-1B, L-1, E-2, and EB-5 cases, with offices in Houston, Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen. Over the past year, we have successfully closed 200+ immigration cases and are rapidly expanding our U.S. legal team.
We are now seeking a Licensed Immigration Attorney to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality, client-centered legal services.
Responsibilities
- Draft recommendation letters, legal documents, and policy articles;
- Assist attorneys in collecting and organizing case materials;
- Track the progress of USCIS / NVC cases;
- Support attorneys in preparing legal opinions and submitting case documents.
Requirements：
- Background in law or a related field;
- At least 3 years of experience in Immigration Law;
- Strong English skills;
- Able to read, write, and speak both Chinese and English;
- Candidates with a Bar license or those preparing for the Bar exam are preferred;
- Strong client communication skills and the ability to independently consult with and handle clients.
Compensation & Benefits
