Communicate with internal team members regarding corrections, case strategy, and documentation requirements.
Assist with immigration case review, legal research, drafting notes, and preparing recommendations.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling client information.
Manage assigned cases from intake through completion, including legal strategy, client communication, and case milestones.
Stay current on changes in U.S. immigration law, USCIS policy, and agency guidance, and advise the team accordingly.
