Eligibility
- This internship is aimed at students studying at university level.
- We welcome applications from students of all disciplines.
- You must be available for the full 3-month programme.
- Daily on-site attendance at our Dublin office is required.
- We do not expect any prior legal or immigration experience!
About Fragomen’s EMEA Internship:
Fragomen’s summer internship program offers a unique opportunity to contribute to one or more key focus areas within our Irish practice. As an intern, you’ll work closely with our immigration professionals, contributing to real client-based work while gaining invaluable insights into our business and culture. This program is designed to enhance your knowledge, develop key professional skills, and provide practical experience within a global organization—helping to support your future career aspirations.
What you will gain:
- A good understanding of the end-to-end immigration processes.
- The opportunity to support our teams assisting multinational corporations and SMEs that rely on our immigration expertise to support their business needs.
- Exposure to the full lifecycle of the immigration for individuals/ employees relocating to Ireland for work or changing their immigration permissions from within Ireland.
- Hands-on experience in a collaborative and professional environment, working on meaningful projects.
- One-on-one mentoring and professional development sessions focused on employability, time management, and presentation skills.

What we are looking for:
We welcome applicants who are eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about immigration and global mobility. If you’re ready to take the first step in your professional journey and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, client-driven environment, we’d love to hear from you
You’ll also:
- Be able to complete any projects or tasks within the agreed timeframes and in-line with expectations.
- Be able to act (independently or as a group) without full-time supervision.
- Be able to act professionally throughout the duration of the Internship as a Fragomen ambassador.

- If successful, you will then be invited to an Assessment Day at the office you have applied for.
