Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Business Immigration Visa Petitions
- Knowledge of Labor Certifications, O, H, E, L & National Interest Waiver
- Conduct consultations with prospective clients
- Prepare clients for USCIS interviews
- Legal research into complex immigration issues
- Legal writing in support of applications for immigration benefits
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business immigration
- Fully bilingual, including reading and writing, in English and Spanish
Compensation:
Salary will be commensurate with experience. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
