This is the first Employment Immigration Paralegal for a growing practice within the firm. In this role you'll work closely with attorneys to develop best practices for employment immigration casework.

Description
- Prepare and file visa applications, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, and employment-based green cards.
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documentation and correspondence related to immigration matters.
- Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations.
- Maintain and update case management systems to track client cases and deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary documentation and provide updates.
- Coordinate with government agencies and follow up on case statuses as needed.
- Support attorneys in responding to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and other inquiries from immigration authorities.
- Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and policies to ensure accurate advice and services.
Profile
A successful Employment Immigration Paralegal should have:
- 4+ years of previous experience in employment immigration matters, ideally within a global firm
- Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration laws, forms, and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple cases.
- Proficiency in case management software and legal research tools.
- Effective communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a large organization.
