Immigration law firm in San Francisco is searching for a junior associate to represent individuals In Family Court Proceedings.
The attorney will be representing young people in Special Immigrant Juvenile Proceedings. Immigration Court.
The position requires attending Family and Probate court hearings in person.
You also visit detention centers near Bakersfield to obtain signatures and declarations from detained clients. Must be licensed to practice law in California preferred.
Willing to train a motivated and caring person for this position.
