We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Client Relations/Concierge Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, helping guide them through their immigration journey with consistent communication, care, and professionalism, with the flexibility to work remotely.

Position Overview

The Client Relations role will be responsible for managing communications and relationships with existing clients, helping ensure they feel informed, supported, and engaged throughout the duration of their case. You will work closely with the attorney and paralegal team to ensure updates are delivered promptly, documents are gathered on time, and inquiries are responded to effectively.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys relationship-building, values consistency and clarity, and thrives in a remote, fast-paced legal setting. Prior experience in immigration law is highly preferred. This role will be onboarded as Part-Time, but could easily transition to Full-Time for the right person.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point-of-contact for assigned clients throughout their case lifecycle by telephone, email, and text message
Act as a liaison between the client and the assigned Attorney and Paralegal, helping to facilitate timely and efficient communication between all parties
Respond to case-specific questions and general inquiries from current clients with professionalism and empathy
Provide regular case updates and reminders to Clients in a clear and reassuring manner
Maintain detailed communication logs and case notes in the firm’s case management software
Conduct client follow-up to collect required documentation or address pending tasks
On occasion, guide new clients through the intake process, including welcome calls, scheduling, and initial document collection
Coordinate with the legal team to track deadlines and ensure clients are informed of all next steps
Support a high-touch client experience aligned with the firm's premium service standards
Anticipate client needs and proactively identify potential communication gaps or delays

Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Spanish – strong verbal and written communication skills required
Prior experience at an immigration law firm or other professional client facing role
Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail
Confidence using digital platforms (case management software, Zoom, Gmail, etc.)
Emotionally intelligent, calm under pressure, and highly empathetic with client concerns
Self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Familiarity with Docketwise immigration client management software
