Position Overview
We are seeking a charismatic, bilingual Community Outreach & Client Liaison to serve as the public face of our Personal Injury Department throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. This individual will immerse themselves in the community, build trust across multicultural neighborhoods, and establish the firm as the trusted first call for individuals seeking guidance after an injury.
This is a high-mobility, relationship-driven role that blends community leadership, strategic outreach, and client development. You will represent the firm at events, develop partnerships, educate the public about their rights, and drive new client relationships to support our growing PI practice.

Key Responsibilities
Community Engagement & Brand Presence
Serve as the primary outreach representative for the Personal Injury Department across the DFW Metroplex.
Attend community events, festivals, cultural gatherings, school programs, and local business functions to strengthen the firm’s visibility.
Build a strong, recognizable presence as the trusted “go-to personal injury resource” in the community.
Business Development & Relationship Building
Develop and execute outreach strategies targeting bilingual and multicultural communities.
Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, nonprofit organizations, medical providers, community leaders, and media partners.
Educate potential clients about personal injury services, rights, and resources available to them.
Marketing & Referral Development
Coordinate promotional campaigns and referral-based initiatives to generate new personal injury leads.
Assist with brand placement, social media content, and field marketing efforts.
Track outreach performance, engagement metrics, and lead generation to report results and refine strategies.
Firm Representation
Act as a warm, confident, knowledgeable ambassador for the Personal Injury Department.
Maintain professionalism and integrity while representing the firm in public settings.
Provide feedback to the PI team on community trends, needs, and opportunities for growth.
Role Requirements
Fluent in English and at least one additional language (Spanish strongly preferred).
Strong interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills.
Experience in outreach, sales, community relations, marketing, or client-facing roles. (Experience in the legal, medical, or personal injury industries is a plus but not required.)
Must be a self-starter who enjoys working independently in the field.
Excellent organization, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
Reliable transportation required; this role involves extensive driving and travel throughout the DFW Metroplex.
Ability to attend evening and weekend events as needed.
