Immigration Attorney (Employment-based)

We are seeking a full-time Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of Employment-Based Immigration Experience to work in our Southborough office.

Ideal candidates will have experience with a variety of employment-based applications, including labor certifications (PERMs), H1-Bs, E-1/E-2s, and a host of other non-immigrant visas.

We are a firm practicing exclusively immigration law and expanding our employment-based practice. The right candidate should be eager to contribute knowledge and expertise to the team, as well as help develop SOPs, and create capacity for additional employment-based work.

A second language fluency is preferred but not required. Humanitarian and Family-Based immigration experience is also a plus.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
