Prominent national law firm is in need of an Immigration Paralegal.
The Immigration Paralegal will:
-Have a minimum of 5 years of immigration paralegal experience in a law firm
-Have experience with the EB-5 process from being to end
-Prepare USCIS forms and collect supporting documentation
-Prepare removal defense filings
-Assist with U.S. visa petitions
-Analyze case documents
-Perform legal research
-Communicate with clients
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
