Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with potential sponsors and clients through effective communication and outreach strategies.
Conduct outbound calling and warm calling to engage prospects and promote sponsorship opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients throughout the sponsorship process.
Negotiate terms and conditions of sponsorship agreements while ensuring compliance with immigration regulations.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance throughout the sponsorship journey.
Engage in efforts to expand the network of sponsors willing to support immigration cases.
Participate in marketing initiatives to promote the organization's mission and attract new sponsors.

Skills

Strong negotiation skills to effectively advocate for clients' needs while securing sponsorship agreements.
Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and persuasively.
Background in technical sales or inside sales is a plus.
Ability to engage in inbound and outbound calling with confidence and professionalism.
Strong customer service orientation to ensure client satisfaction throughout the process.
