Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Bilingual Immigration Paralegal fluent in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. A minimum of two years of prior experience in immigration law is required.
This is an on-site position that involves a mix of independent case preparation and direct attorney support. You’ll engage regularly with immigration and family courts, manage attorney calendars, and play a central role in helping our clients navigate complex immigration matters.
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary Range: $48,000–$55,000, commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and file humanitarian relief applications including U Visas, VAWA, and T Visas
• Draft and compile I-601/I-601A waivers, adjustment of status, and consular processing applications
• Draft declarations and assemble evidence for asylum, cancellation of removal, and withholding of removal cases
• Independently prepare I-360 petitions and support attorneys in Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS) filings
• Draft legal motions including motions to change venue, motions to continue, and related filings
• Schedule court hearings, client meetings, and manage attorney calendars
• Communicate with immigration and family courts regarding case updates, filings, and hearing logistics
• Translate documents and interpret during client meetings when needed
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure timely, accurate case preparation
• Maintain internal trackers and manage documents using Excel and case management systems
Qualifications
• Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
• Minimum two years of immigration law experience (required)
- Experience preparing family-based petitions, responding to RFEs, EOIR filings, waivers (I-601/I-601A), and humanitarian applications such as U Visas, VAWA, and T Visas
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with immigration case management platforms (e.g., Docketwise, LawLogix)
• Ability to manage a high caseload while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
• Paralegal certificate or relevant degree is a plus
