Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience preparing employment-based petitions (NIV & IV)
- Excellent English writing and verbal communication skills
- Strong case management and client relationship skills
Responsibilities
- Prepare a full range of employment-based immigration petitions (non-immigrant and immigrant)
- Assist with family-based immigration applications
- Manage cases and maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively with clients and attorneys to support case preparation.
Bonus Experience
- Experience with family-based immigration applications
