Business/Employment Immigration Paralegal (Ability to draft O-1, EB-2 NIW, EB-1A and EB-2 NIW Support Letters and Forms, and compile those petitions)- We are a fast-paced Business Immigration/Employment Immigration law firm seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced Business/Employment Immigration Paralegal to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment-based immigration (O-1, EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-2 NIW) and be familiar with the full lifecycle of visa processes. 15-25 hours per week, flexible.
