Immigration Paralegal – Business/Employment Immigration Focus

A leading law firm is seeking a skilled Immigration Paralegal with 3+ years of hands-on experience in business and employment-based immigration to join a collaborative and fast-paced team. 🔍 Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle preparation of employment-based immigration petitions and applications (e.g., H-1B, L-1, PERM, I-140, I-485)
Draft and file immigration forms and supporting documentation
Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case status and updates
Coordinate with attorneys to ensure timely and accurate filings
Track deadlines and manage case timelines across multiple matters
Conduct research and compile data for RFE responses and audits
Maintain organized case files and client records

✅ Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in business/employment immigration
Strong understanding of USCIS, DOL, and consular processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Proficiency in immigration case management software preferred
