Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with the preparation, review, and filing of immigration petitions and applications.
- Draft and proofread legal documents, forms, and correspondence with a high level of accuracy.
- Conduct legal research related to immigration laws, procedures, and case strategies.
- Organize and maintain client files and case documentation.
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide status updates.
Qualifications:
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills are essential.
