Teeple Hall, LLP is seeking a motivated, experienced and engaging Senior Associate Attorney with 7+ years of experience in tax planning and corporate and transactional law. This position will support our Corporate & Transactional and Private Client Practice Groups on an array of matters involving tax planning (income, estate and international tax), entity formation and governance for both business and private clients, M&A transactions and extensive work on corporate and business transactions.

- LL.M. Taxation
- Licensed in California
- Required – experience in:
- Federal and State income tax planning
- Corporate and Partnership transactions (Operating Agreements, Bylaws, Promissory Notes, etc.)
- Mergers & Acquisition transactions (corporate and tax planning)
- Preferred – experience in:
- Estate & Gift tax planning (domestic and pre-immigration planning)
- Soft Intellectual Property (trademarks / copyrights)
- International tax matters (international income and estate tax planning)
- Federal and State tax controversy matters
- Enhancements:
- Big 4 and large law firm experience
- Licensed in Texas
