Rapidly expanding, energetic, small law firm searching for a very experienced immigration attorney to assist senior IM partner in managing the immigration department.

Must have significant experience and knowledge of immigration law as well as experience managing staff. Position is eligible for participation in profit share at year's end in addition to salary.

Position is based in our Medford, MA office and candidate must be willing to work in office at least 4x a week at least initially. Hours can be flexible to avoid traffic.

Brooks Law has been quickly growing since its founding in 2013. This year has seen the addition of 5 new attorneys; lots of room for professional growth. We primarily serve the Brazilian and Hispanic communities. Language capabilities and/or cultural awareness are a plus, but not required.

Must be barred but MA bar is NOT necessary.

BLF is very growth focused and runs on the EOS system (Entrepreneurial Operating System) designed by Gino Wickman. We use Filevine for case management and hubspot for intake. Very tech focused.
