Senior Associate, Immigration/Immigration Specialist

Investment Management Firm

$110-140K Base + Bonus

Hybrid, 3 Days in Office (Tues-Thurs)

Our client is an investment management firm in Manhattan. They are seeking an Immigration Specialist to join their team. The role would work closely with employees and external stakeholders, and serve as one of the primary points of contact for all immigration-related issues.

Responsibilities include: leading full cycle immigration applications/renewals/approvals, functioning as the main point of contact for immigration-related questions, partnering with senior management and external legal counsel, providing training on immigration strategy and guidelines, maintaining documentation, and staying up to date on immigration policies and regulations.

Ideal candidate has 3+ years of prior experience with visas/immigration legal process, ideally within financial services. Strong knowledge of US/Canadian immigration requirements a MUST. Successful candidate must have strong communication skills, and operate at the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
