Junior Immigration Paralegal

Support the attorney by gathering information and conducting basic research on legal matters.

Assist with reviewing and updating case files under supervision.

Help draft and prepare simple legal documents and correspondence.

Assist with the preparation, organization, and filing of cases related to E-2, E-1, EB-5, PERM, H-1B, and TN visas.

Collect and organize supporting documents required for each case type.

Prepare case summaries, checklists, and timelines for visa applications.

Communicate with clients to request necessary information or documents and provide updates regarding case progress under attorney supervision.

Assist with the coordination of forms and supporting evidence for submissions to USCIS and other relevant agencies.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Legal Studies or related education.
