Associate Immigration Attorney
We are an established immigration firm seeking an experienced associate attorney to join our team.
- Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
- Must have a minimum of one year experience and must be well versed in all aspects of immigration law including family based petitions, waivers, asylum and removal defense.
- Excellent oral and written communication is required.
-Represent clients in immigration court proceedings and hearings
- Must have the ability to remember important details and analyze facts objectively, able to present complicated information in a courtroom as well as offer support and counsel to clients.
- Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with any state.
Compensation is based on experience and ability.
