We are seeking a passionate and driven Associate Immigration Attorney to join our expanding practice in the Dallas area.

This is a meaningful opportunity for a licensed attorney with immigration law experience to grow within a dynamic and respected law firm. The ideal candidate will be motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to take ownership of cases while working alongside a team of experienced attorneys and legal professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients—both detained and non-detained—in removal proceedings before the Immigration Court and the Board of Immigration Appeals
Conduct strategic legal consultations and develop customized immigration plans
Visit detention centers for client intake and representation
Prepare and review a wide range of immigration applications, including asylum, family-based petitions, waivers, and other USCIS filings
Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and memoranda
Guide and prepare clients and witnesses for USCIS interviews and court hearings
Collaborate with internal legal teams and supervise case progress
Stay current on immigration law updates and community-based advocacy
Engage with law enforcement and government agencies when necessary

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active license to practice law
Minimum of 1–4 years of experience in immigration law
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
Demonstrated ability to manage a full caseload independently
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience with detained and non-detained EOIR cases, family-based petitions, naturalization, and humanitarian relief
Committed to working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
