Bilingual Immigration Attorney

Position Responsibilities
You will help conduct initial consultations; give accurate and consistent legal advice; hit your weekly and monthly goals; be on top of changing immigration laws; and work with our sales team. You will be handling 25-30 consultations per week (approximately 5-6 consultations each day) in English and Spanish.

In addition, you MUST:
- Speak, read, and write fluently and professionally in both English and Spanish.
- Be licensed to practice law and be in good standing with your state bar.
- Have at least 5 years of immigration attorney experience with demonstrated mastery in each of the following immigration processes: (1) Asylum, Withholding of Removal, and relief under the Convention Against Torture, (2) Cancellation of Removal (EOIR-42A and EOIR-42B), (3) U-visas, (4) Green Cards Adjustment of Status, (5) Consular Processing, (6) Naturalization, (7) DACA, (8) EADs, (9) Advanced Parole requests, and (10) I-751s.
- Feel very comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.). You are technologically savvy, able to learn new software quickly and troubleshoot on your own.
- Be obsessed with the details. You’re a bit of a perfectionist and spot inconsistencies quickly. (You also know how to relax and have fun, though!).
- Have a demonstrated track record of winning cases with your team.
- Can commit to a minimum of 3-4 days in the office for in-person consults.
- Hunger for growth. You seek feedback, and when you receive it, you implement it immediately.
+There will be opportunities to grow within the firm, and a possible promotion to the role of managing attorney within a year.
