Law Firm Description
Roy Petty & Associates, PLLC, with offices in Dallas and Colombia, seeks to add two experienced immigration attorneys to the firm. We are seeking attorneys who are interested in growing with the firm and becoming active in the immigration bar. We are looking for those who are sincerely committed to the profession, ethics, and client assistance. We handle removal cases, family-based immigration, and federal court litigation against federal agencies.
One position will assist with removal proceedings and the other will assist with USCIS interviews, application review, and family-based immigration cases. Either attorney is welcome to assist in U.S. district court and US court of appeals litigation if interested.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Immigration Attorney role located in Dallas. The firm will mentor the attorneys to fulfil the requirements to become Board Certified in Immigration.
Qualifications
- Immigration law and legal issues knowledge
- Experience in handling immigration matters
- Strong understanding of immigration issues
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Admission to practice law
