Wildes & Weinberg, P.C., a prestigious immigration law firm with its headquarters in New York City, is looking to fill an Immigration Attorney position in our Litigation Team focused on representing clients in complex immigration cases and removal proceedings in immigration court. Required Education, Experience, and Skills:
- Bachelors degree.
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Member in good standing of the Bar of any State.
- Candidate with 3+ years of Litigation/Immigration experience.
- Strong litigator with great communication skills.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Candidate must be able to thrive in a fast paced high volume environment.
- Ability to speak a second language appreciated, but not required
Responsibilities:
- Participate in client intake meetings and consultations.
- Develop case strategies and oversee complex immigration matters.
- Draft immigration briefs, motions, and other legal documents.
- Represent individuals at their Master and Individual Hearings before EOIR.
- Prepare case submissions such as I-212 Waivers, I-601 Waivers, Adjustment of Status, Cancellation of Removal, Asylum, and BIA appeals.
- Experience with federal court litigation, such as Petitions for Review, Writs of Mandamus, APA violations and more.
