The Contract Administrator position is responsible for managing the entire contract process from proposal to execution.

Key duties include

participating in proposal development
completing documentation for project bid bonds
preparing special insurance documents
distributing RFPs to subcontractors and suppliers, and managing the signature process for contracts.
Land Development experience is a plus
Experience with TXDOT

Responsibilities

Reviewing and ensuring boilerplate language aligns with company standards, distributing contracts for internal review, organizing quotes during the bidding process, and evaluating new client boilerplate language.
Supports subcontract management, understands contract pricing and terms, maintains organized contract files, and performs office management tasks such as compliance reporting and invoice processing.
Setting up subcontracts and purchase orders in Viewpoint, handling administrative purchasing tasks, and providing excellent customer service. Other administrative duties may be assigned as needed to meet customer demands and maintain competitiveness.
