Garvish Immigration Law Group, LLC seeks an Immigration Associate Attorney to handle employment and family-based immigration matters . The attorney will be responsible for the execution of work product and preparation of filings while overseeing and collaborating with legal support staff. We need an attorney who shares our core values, has the right mindset, and who wants to join a growing law firm. Our team is innovative, ambitious, and passionate about immigration.
What You’ll Do:
- Work as a lead attorney on multiple immigration employment and family-based immigration matters.
- Delegate tasks and review work to case managers and legal assistants.
- Devise case strategy working together with the team.
- Communicate with clients. Keep clients informed of case status and updates through the Case management system.
- Conduct legal research as necessary.
- Draft support letters for various petitions.
- Review all petitions and filings with extreme detail.
- Keep up to date with constant changes in immigration law. The firm will provide resources and ample learning opportunities.

Qualifications:
- J.D. required
- Member of any State Bar
- At least 3-4 years of prior employment-based immigration experience (including PERM, H-1B, TN, and L-1 petitions)
- At least 2 years of prior family-based immigration experience (including I-130 and I-751 petitions)
- Experience with O-1 petitions, NIWs, EB-1 and EB-5 would be a plus
- Ability to work in our Atlanta office with the potential for remote work
- Prior team management experience strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing demands
- Ability to contribute to a positive work environment
