An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Immigration Consultant specializing in US immigration based in Dallas, TX.

The Immigration Consultant will:

Serve as the main point of contact and subject matter authority for all inquiries and issues regarding US immigration
Collaborate with the immigration attorney, oversee, and complete the green card application process (PERM)
Liaise with hiring managers in the business, educating them and managing their expectations on the immigration process
Create and review immigration reports
Regularly update internal and external parties on immigration changes

Skills required:

Experience managing US immigration cases with strong knowledge of employment-based US immigration applications
Experience managing the PERM process
Ability to manage a high volume caseload
Adept working in a fast-paced ever changing environment
Preference for a bachelor's degree
Ability to function independently and take initiative
Excellent organizational skills and experience meeting strict deadlines
