About us
Legend Law Firm is a growing, client-centered law firm in downtown Auburn. We help families reunite, investors and workers build their futures in the United States, and injured people recover what they are owed. Many of our clients speak Punjabi, Hindi, Russian, Ukrainian or Spanish, and we treat every one of them like family. We are looking for an organized, detail-driven paralegal who wants real responsibility, close work with the attorney, and a long-term home at a firm that is building something.

- File through the USCIS online account and track receipts, biometrics, interviews and case status
- Support removal-defense matters: EOIR filings, evidence packets, declarations and translations
- Collect, translate (where qualified) and organize client documents, and keep clients updated in their language
Personal injury (about 35%)

- Send letters of representation, open PIP and liability claims, and order police reports, medical records and bills
- Track treatment, prepare demand packages, and calculate liens and settlement breakdowns for attorney review
- Help with litigation when cases are filed: pleadings, discovery, e-filing in King and Pierce County courts, and calendaring
Criminal/DUI, traffic, real estate and commercial litigation (about 15%)
- Prepare notices of appearance, discovery and public records requests, and hearing packets for traffic and criminal matters
- Support occasional real estate and commercial litigation with document organization, filings and deadlines
Every day
- Keep deadlines, calendars and client communications accurate
- Answer client questions within paralegal scope (no legal advice) and escalate to the attorney
