A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced employment-based immigration paralegal to join its team. This position will handle a variety of employment-based immigration matters and requires someone who can independently manage cases, communicate directly with clients, and take ownership of matters from intake through completion.

Compensation: Approximately $80,000–$100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of employment-based immigration matters from initial preparation through filing and case completion.
- Prepare and coordinate employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant filings, including H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, PERM, I-140, I-526E, and I-485 matters.
- Prepare immigration forms, supporting letters, exhibits, and filing materials.
- Coordinate with employers, foreign nationals, and other stakeholders to obtain necessary documentation and information.
- Communicate with clients regarding case status, documentation needs, deadlines, and next steps.
- Track case progress and ensure filings, responses, and other case-related tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Assist with responses to Requests for Evidence, audits, and other government inquiries.
- Maintain accurate case records and time entries using firm systems.
- Collaborate with attorneys and other legal support professionals to provide efficient client service.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience handling employment-based immigration matters, preferably in a law firm environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment-based U.S. immigration processes and filings.
- Experience independently managing a caseload.
- Familiarity with case management platforms and CRM systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with attorneys and other team members.
- Spanish-language skills are a plus but are not required.
- Experience with EB-5 matters is helpful but not required.
- Bachelor's degree, paralegal certificate, or comparable relevant experience preferred.
Additional Details
This is a full-time, hourly position with a hybrid work arrangement. Candidates should be located within commuting distance of the applicable office.
