We are seeking an experienced Employment-Based Immigration Paralegal to manage client accounts and support attorneys with employment-based immigration matters from case initiation through filing. The role requires strong case management, client communication, attention to detail, and the ability to independently drive cases forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned employment-based immigration cases from intake through filing.
- Prepare immigration forms, applications, supporting documents, and attorney review packages.
- Handle PERM, I-140, Adjustment of Status, H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3, H-1B1, and RFE matters.
- Maintain accurate case records, workflows, deadlines, and client information.
- Communicate with clients, attorneys, and internal teams and provide timely case updates.
- Prepare client reports, including status and expiration reports.
- Review work completed by junior paralegals and provide guidance when needed.
- Stay updated on changes in employment-based immigration laws and procedures.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of employment-based immigration paralegal experience.
- Hands-on experience with PERM, H-1B, I-140, AOS, L-1, TN, E-3, H-1B1, and RFE responses.
- Strong organizational, communication, and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience with E-2, O-1, NIW, or EB-1A is a plus.
