WE’RE HIRING: IMMIGRATION PARALEGAL
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Immigration Paralegal to join our remote team.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with a broad range of U.S. immigration matters, including family- and employment-based immigration, work visas, asylum and humanitarian cases, and USCIS filings.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and manage USCIS petitions, applications, RFEs, supporting evidence, and filing packages
- Assist with family-based immigration, including marriage and family Green Cards, fiancé(e) visas, consular processing, and related petitions
- Handle employment-based immigration matters, including PERM, EB-1, EB-2/NIW, and EB-3 cases
- Assist with work and investor visas, including H-1B, L-1, E-2, O, R, and P visas
- Support asylum and humanitarian cases, including asylum applications, work permits, credible fear and USCIS interview preparation, appeals, and immigration court matters
- Assist with other immigration matters, including adjustment/change of status, Green Card renewals and removal of conditions, re-entry permits, waivers, and citizenship applications
- Communicate with clients, attorneys, and government agencies; collect documentation and track deadlines
- Maintain accurate case files and ensure filings are complete and compliant
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in U.S. immigration law
- Hands-on experience preparing USCIS filings and immigration case documentation
- Familiarity with multiple practice areas listed above, particularly employment-based immigration and/or asylum matters
- Strong written and spoken English; Russian is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to effectively manage a high-volume caseload and meet deadlines independently
- Strong client communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and immigration case management systems
