Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Business Immigration Attorney with 1–5 years of experience in business immigration law. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing and communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of U.S. immigration.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare nonimmigrant and immigrant visa applications (e.g., E/1-2, H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, EB-1/2/3 green cards, naturalization) in the business context

· Conduct client consultations and manage case intake.

· Mentor law clerks and paralegals.

· Research statutes, regulations, and case law.

· Maintain client relationships and provide strategic legal guidance.

· Participate in firm marketing and networking initiatives.

Qualifications:

· J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

· Active member in good standing of any U.S. Bar.

· 1–5 years of business immigration experience.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI tools.

· Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

· Salary Range: $100,000–$150,000, based on experience.
