As a Business Immigration Paralegal, you will play a vital role in managing complex employment-based immigration matters, ensuring regulatory compliance, and developing strategic solutions that support global workforce mobility. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with clients and legal teams to deliver efficient and impactful immigration outcomes.

Role Overview

We are seeking Business Immigration Paralegals at the Associate, Senior Associate, and Manager levels to support our multinational clients in navigating the U.S. employment-based immigration process. Under the supervision of licensed attorneys, you will manage complex casework, contribute to client program success, mentor junior team members (as applicable), and leverage technology to drive efficiency and deliver exceptional client service.

What You'll Do

Draft and prepare complex employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions, including PERM and Adjustment of Status filings.
Respond to client inquiries via email, providing timely updates and handling reporting and data requests.
Manage client programs and support special projects designed to enhance immigration processes and service delivery.
Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to junior team members on U.S. immigration policies, workflows, and best practices.
Stay current on U.S. immigration law, regulatory updates, and industry trends to ensure compliance and service excellence.
Leverage automation and technology to improve efficiency and enhance the client experience.
Apply data-driven insights to support decision-making and optimize immigration strategies.
Participate in client meetings and provide consultative immigration support.
Ensure high levels of accuracy and quality across all casework and client deliverables.
Uphold the firm's values by demonstrating professionalism, integrity, accountability, and a client-focused mindset.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in U.S. employment-based immigration; additional experience preferred for Senior Associate and Manager-level positions.
Paralegal certificate and/or university degree preferred.
Strong interest in continuous learning and leveraging digital tools to enhance immigration services.
Familiarity with Vialto Law's technology-enabled solutions (including myMobility and other digital tools) is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong client service orientation and collaborative approach.

Additional Information

Employment Type: Regular / Full-Time

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3–5 days per week in the office, based on business and office requirements)

Compensation Range: $48,000 - $109,000

Compensation is determined based on geographic location, years of relevant experience, education, level, skills, and other job-related factors.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in U.S. employment-based business immigration; additional experience required for Senior Associate and Manager-level opportunities.
Demonstrated experience preparing and managing employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters, including PERM labor certifications and Adjustment of Status applications.
Strong knowledge of U.S. business immigration laws, regulations, policies, and filing procedures.
Experience managing high-volume caseloads while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Proven ability to prioritize competing deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, attorneys, government agencies, and internal stakeholders.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Experience providing guidance, training, or mentorship to junior team members is preferred; leadership experience is strongly preferred for Manager-level candidates.
Proficiency with immigration case management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Paralegal certificate and/or bachelor's degree preferred.

Leveling Guidance (Optional for AILA Posting)

Associate: 3–5 years of U.S. business immigration experience.
Senior Associate: 5+ years of U.S. business immigration experience with demonstrated ownership of complex casework and client relationships.
Manager: 7+ years of U.S. business immigration experience with experience leading teams, mentoring staff, managing client programs, and driving process improvements.
