Our firm is seeking to add an immigration attorney who is experienced in matters before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
Responsibilities:
- Conduct consultations regarding family-based petitions before USCIS.
- Review immigration petitions to be submitted to USCIS.
- Represent clients before USCIS in matters regarding adjustment of status and naturalization.
- Communicate with clients, other attorneys, and government agencies.
- Independently manage assigned caseload.
Salary will be dependent on experience.
Requirements:
- J.D. from and ABA accredited institution;
- Be an active member and in good standing of any state bar, or recent graduate awaiting bar exam results;
- Have strong legal research and writing skills;
- Have a strong work ethic; and
- Be a team player.
