Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Immigration Attorney role based in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. The Immigration Attorney will manage a caseload involving family-based, visas, removal defense, and other immigration matters. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients, assessing legal options, preparing and reviewing forms, motions, and legal briefs, and appearing before immigration courts and administrative agencies. The role involves maintaining accurate case documentation, monitoring changes in immigration law and policy, and collaborating with paralegals and support staff to ensure timely case progress. The attorney will also participate in client consultations, contribute to practice development initiatives, and uphold high ethical and professional standards in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Immigration Law and experience handling a variety of Immigration Issues.
- Demonstrated experience advising on and preparing applications for Visas and other immigration benefits.
- Ability to analyze complex Legal Issues and develop clear, practical legal strategies for clients.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) or LLM from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Prior experience in immigration practice, including client representation before USCIS, EOIR, or related agencies.
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills, with strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and manage multiple deadlines.
- Professional proficiency in Spanish is required
