Experienced Immigration Paralegal – Full-Time
Sverdloff Law Group, P.C. is seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal to join our growing team in a full-time position based in either our Northbrook or Downtown Chicago office.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of immigration law experience required.
- Fluency in Russian and English is strongly preferred.
- Experience with family-based immigration and removal defense matters.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
Responsibilities
- Analyze case issues and assist attorneys with case strategy and preparation.
- Prepare and file applications, petitions, motions, and supporting documentation with USCIS, EOIR, DOS, and other government agencies.
- Draft affidavits, declarations, cover letters, and correspondence.
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical client files.
- Track deadlines and monitor case status.
- Communicate with clients regarding case progress and document requests.
- Coordinate with attorneys and staff to ensure timely case preparation and filing.
- Perform administrative and case management tasks, including filing, scanning, and maintaining the client database.
- Provide exceptional client service and maintain a high level of professionalism.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
