Growing immigration law firm seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal with at least 3 years of USCIS case preparation experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and file immigration applications with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services
- Draft cover letters, client declarations, and supporting documentation
- Prepare forms including I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131, and I-864
- Prepare RFE responses and organize supporting evidence
- Communicate with clients regarding document collection and case updates
- Maintain case files and track filing deadlines
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years immigration paralegal experience
- Strong knowledge of family-based immigration filings
- Experience preparing Adjustment of Status packages
- Excellent organizational and writing skills
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
