To support the continued growth of our practice, we are seeking a dedicated and Experienced Immigration Attorney to join our immigration team in Midtown Manhattan.
The Role
We are looking for a full-time attorney with deep expertise in business immigration. The successful candidate will navigate complex filings and provide strategic counsel to a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities & Required Expertise:

Manage a robust caseload of employment-based immigration filings, including EB-1A, NIW, L-1, TN, O-1, and H-1B visas.
Draft, review, and file high-quality legal briefs and petitions.
Provide clear, professional communication to corporate and individual clients.
Maintain strict adherence to deadlines while working under the pressure of a fast-paced international practice.

Qualifications

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in business immigration law.
Language: Fluency in Chinese (Speaking and Reading) is mandatory
Skills: Exceptional legal research & writing, communication skills
Bar Admission: Must be a member in good standing of a State Bar (New York preferred).
Mindset: A genuine passion for immigration law and a commitment to client success.
