Family-Based Immigration Paralegal in Addison (Dallas), Texas.
I came to the United States from South Africa in 1995 as an immigrant myself.
That experience - sitting on the other side of the desk and navigating a system that can change a family's life forever - is why I built this firm. It's also why the people on our family immigration team have to be exceptional.
We're Looking For Someone With
✔️ 3+ years of family-based immigration paralegal experience
✔️ Experience Handling
- Marriage-based green cards
- Fiancé(e) visas
- Adjustment of Status
- Consular Processing
- Naturalization
- Removal of Conditions on Residency
✔️ Strong organizational and communication skills
✔️ Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with attention to detail
✔️ Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred
✔️ Spanish is a plus, but not required
