Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Immigration Attorney located in Dallas, TX. HLG seeks an attorney with at least 3 years of experience licensed by the Texas Bar with interest and experience in employment and family-based immigration. Position provides the unique opportunity to work on a broad range of sophisticated cases in a small firm environment with potential for growth, be influential on issues related to firm operations, and see immediate reward for successful contributions to the firm.
Position involves the preparation and submission of nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions and applications for permanent residence and naturalization to USCIS and of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa applications to the Department of State.
Qualifications
- 3+ years minimum experience in business and family-based immigration (H-1B, TN, L-1A, PERM)
- Strong proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and online document management systems
- Must have strong communication skills and work well in a small team environment
- Strong writing skills
- PERM experience strongly preferred
Candidate must be licensed by State Bar of Texas prior to start date. Solid academic record, demonstrated interest in immigration, excellent writing skills, and attention to detail are required.
