Clark Hill PLC is seeking aparalegal with at least 5+ years of experience to join the Immigration businessunit in our Pittsburgh office. Ideal candidates will have prior businessimmigration experience. Responsibilities will include preparing filings withU.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) and other government agencies,communicating with attorneys and clients, completing forms, gathering facts andevidence to support our clients’ applications, and more. All candidates shouldpossess excellent computer skills, high-level attention to detail, and superiorwritten and oral communication skills. Strong PERM, H-1B and ConsularProcessing experience is required. Experience using Microsoft Office productsand INSZoom preferred. Successful candidates should be able to stay organizedand multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with a Bachelor’s Degreeor a Paralegal Certificate will be considered.
The salary range at the time of posting is $29 - $34.94, based upon a full-timework schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors,including but not limited to, employee qualifications, relevant experience,skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position iseligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
