THIS IS NOT A REMOTE WFH JOB.

• Draft documents for visa applications, petitions, applications for permanent residence, labor certification applications and other immigrant and non-immigrant related filings

• Communicate verbally and in writing with business and individual clients and coworkers

• Analyze and review case details to determine future actions

• Assist with online application processes, including in PERM, FLAG and CEAC databases and consular processing of immigrant petitions through NVC

• Liaise with government agencies including USCIS, CBP, DOS and DOL

• Gather and analyze evidence, review and organize information and files and conduct quality assurance review of filings

• Revise job descriptions, client advisories related to developments in the field and other written communication pieces

• Assemble application and petition packages and files with USCIS and other agencies

• Coordinate translation of various documents across a wide range of languages

• Perform administrative duties related to new client intake

• Maintain calendar of filing deadlines, processing times, etc. and manage caseload

• Focus on professional development and stay informed on immigration law trends and news, sharing information with others

• Work as part of a team and assist coworkers, as needed
